NEW TO YOGA

 

Whether you’re looking to improve your posture, build your confidence or boost your mood, the health benefits of yoga are endless. we offer a wide variety of classes that allow you to not only get your yoga fix in, but also build strength and challenge yourself on a physical level as well.

For many of our members, yoga is their primary fitness routine that is practiced 3-6 days per week. It also serves as a perfect complement to other workout routines as well.


Preparing for your First Class:

  • Complete your profile and waiver online

  • Arrive 15-20 minutes early

  • Avoid eating anything heavy at least 1 hour before class

  • Hydrate, before, during and after your workout

  • Wear comfortable clothing that you can move and sweat in

  • A complementary mat will be provided, you can also bring your own
